IMPORTANT - READ PLEASE READ. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Late fees are charged at £5 per 5 minutes late, and increments WILL be rounded up. All forms must be submitted no later than 5pm on Friday, 10th May. NO bookings will be accepted after this date; activities are organised prior, with set numbers. Children will require a packed lunch that contains NO NUTS. Any products containing nuts are life-threatening for some children in our care. Fees will be requested upon confirmation, and are payable in advance. We cannot refund or change days once payment has been received. For Children who do not already attend Manor House Day Care, the completion of an additional form is required. All bank transfers should be sent to account number 14140345 and sort code 09-01-29. Your child's place is not secured until this has been confirmed by Manor House Day Care in writing in an official confirmation email. Staff cannot accept cash payments. If your child will not be attending a scheduled session, you must notify us via email, to info@manorhousedaycare.com. Refunds or credits for scheduled sessions cannot be given. Please ask if you have any queries in relation to this document. All personal information will be held and used in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
